Do you know what is in your child’s multivitamin?

the blue green algaes are the best multivitamins IMO.

@Winterfairy777 true but easier said that done,our soils are noe heavilly depleted and even organic food is not as nutitious as it once was,bio dynamic organic food would be really ideal.Taking a good multi these days is essential IMO

@Purrrsuasive1 hey i tried to send you a PM with the info but you have friend lock on.Anyway visit iherb.com and search for new chapter multi vitamin,you should be able to find it,they do specific formulas for men and women.They are organic,whole food cultured vitamins,just what your body needs.
