Why not talk about flaxseed oil? I want to warn people about a specific fish oil, Omega Squeeze, my son has autism and this was recommended by his Dr. it tastes good and is easily accepted by children. We don’t eat fish or hfcs so he should not have had mercury circulating through his body. We got a urine test done to check for heavy metals, and his mercury was high. my son takes flaxseed oit mixed into a small ammount of coconut yogurt, or fruit smoothie now.

I run a small medical clinic with a focus on natural health The fact is that all of the fish oils mentioned are over the counter products that ARE NOT very good. In this case, these supplements companies have concentrated the heavy metals in the supplement, thus making them dangerous.
This is one case where a case is being brought by consumers against the big pharmas vitamin divisions that are trying to cash in on natural health without giving a damn about the people they trick.

To know a real safe and pure fish oil check for NFS certification on the label. This is the premier certification that is 3rd party and guarantees that there is nothing more or less than what the label says. Plus you need a minimum of 1000 mg of DHA and EPA.
