Woman robs bank in Phoenix; Silent Witness offering reward
PHOENIX — Silent Witness is offering a reward to help find a bank robber. According to Phoenix police Detective Mike Fischer, a woman entered the Chase Bank at 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road at approximately 2:20 p.m. Monday.
