Nice this helped a lot but I do have a question… I have thin arms, thin waist and big hips… I was able at one point to take off like 10 lbs (mainly in my legs haha) from jogging on the track but no matter what I do I can’t seem to balance out the two halves. What kind of upper body strengtheners can i do, that doesn’t really include push ups, that’ll work?

is it really that much better to do a focused workout? I am only 16 if that matters…in general usually do 3 sets of push ups, ab stuff, pull ups, squats and 3 sets of machine work(bicep, tricep, quads) and I do a mile or 2 mile run split between before and after.
Too bad I doubt you will see this. But if you do. Thanks for a reply.

Hi Destorm. I work third shift from 12am to 8am. And I find it hard to eat correctly. Sometimes I only eat 1 or 2 times in a day. With 3 small kids and a wife I find it hard to get enough sleep also. I was wondering if you may some tips on how to be more balanced. Also thank you for all your work on youtube. Its nice to watch someone who doesn’t just talk about random crap with no point.

i wanted to know why i don’t have any energy after working out at the gym or doing aerobics? i eat normal, 3 times a day, try to boost up my metabolism and when i get home i can’t move from the sofa… and yet another, how many times should i work out to lose fat? i try to work out regularly 4-5 times a week, but i only get bigger muscles and i don’t lose fat so now i look even bigger, for one thing i am sure-can’t eat less, when i train i get even bigger apetite. Thanks, greets from lithuania

Could you give a beginner training program with progression?
I struggle *gaining* weight and I realize a lot has to do with my diet.
But I was conscripted in the army for a year and it was rigorous training and all I have to show for it is slightly better stamina. My body’s exactly the same.
I’m the type that can eat a LOT of junk and see no change.
