Whatever wieght-bearing excersises she can handle.
I like Tia-Chi or Chi Gong.
It’s 45 minutes to an hour work out and is gentle exercise, and it gets your heart rate up, and makes you feel good afterwards.
*when you do these exercises you are working your “core” and improving your posture.
ANY exercise your friend can do is good, even if it’s for 10 minutes a day.
