just stay away from greasy foods and sugar…??
why is it so important too look like an teenage girl when you are a mother..
i think its better learning your children too live in good health than letting them know that its a big drama not being perfect like a hollywood faker..and what about health???
cutting all the fat off is the easy way,
better eat fresh foods and sport for an healthy body against cancer for instance..damage done…

@feyenoordmama why can’t a woman feel good about herself.. I have had 2 kids and have lost close to 40 kilos on my own through diet and exercise but I still have a horrible stomach.. If I had the money I would get a tummy tuck.. that would complete my transformation… sometimes mothers have to put themselves first for once! if I feel good I am a better mother to my children… there is nothing wrong with the surgery!

i know people that take stomach operations and tummy tucks …
and now they are not obese, but they give there children the same food that they still eat ?????
they just give the problem to the next generation..
problem solved??
i have a tummy aswel after giving birth.
but not whining about it !!
i drive my bike 16 km a day and eat fresh vegetables and fruit.that is the solution to my tummy problem..

@feyenoordmama Not everyone does that. And if they do why are you so worried about things that had nothing to do with you? If people want to get tummy tucks it’s there decision and I don’t understand why people like you like to get online, look up tummy tucks, see people that have theres that look happy, and then get angry and say something so STUPID!! Tummy tucks do not solve fat problems it gets rid of sagging loss skin!!!! Something i’m sure you can identify with!

i had a flat tummy before giving birth…
and now i have a beautyful son that eats healthy and he swims and is playing footbal.
loose skin, who cares??
i gave birth and thats the answer too that loose skin..
i dont care about my tummy at age 34.
so sorry that you want to talk me into that inconfidential feeling,

@toothfairyntrng you think women have it bad? try being an 18 yo guy that will NEVER be able to have abs. I’ve wanted abs so bad my whole life, thats why I lost all of my weight. but guess what! never gonna happen because ill never be able to afford something like this. ill have to watch all the other guys walk around with their effortless 6 pack while i sit and watch knowing ive worked hundreds of times harder than they have and ill never have abs.
