I’m in the London Marathon, I have heel pain and I’m running in panic. Instructions please?
Do I continue to train, I can rest, I have a 20 run, what next? I have to rejuvenate it, but I quit? I’m worried, as I have struggled with injuries all the way through, but I do feel ready for the marathon.
