A basic sports drink consists of carbohydrates in the form of glucose and fructose, water and salt, so I would suggest:
1 litre water
250ml orange squash
couple of pinches of salt
More complex sports drinks such as isotonics work to replace the minerals lost as you sweat. According the the linked site “a litre of sweat typically contains 0.02g Calcium, 0.05g Magnesium, 1.15g Sodium, 0.23g Potassium and 1.48g Chloride”. So you could add these to a basic sports drink to create an isotonic drink.
