Can I wear a knee brace in the Marine Corp?
I’m 16, going into the Marines when I turn 18 (hopefully MP). Anyway, I had knee surgery a year ago was quite extensive. My knee is pretty good, but now the only problem is it’s a little bit weaker than my other knee, and tends to give out sometimes and it hurts when I ausgeführt. Will without brace / sleeve allows me to wear a knee brace in the Marines, while on her, I can still fully functional?
D!
We Marines don’t suger coat things. You ask a question and you deserve a straight up answer. The answer to your question is no. Unless you can function 100% without the brace. They will see the scars during your exam and will require your doctor to attest to your health, as well as theirs. Lets pray you recover very well in the next couple of years. This is an incentive to work hard with you therapy.
Either way, the Marines may miss out on the warriors heart I see in you, but the world will not. A person of your ambition will go far. Semper Fi.
