I wonder if the blood pressure monitor are correct in grocery?
I called today for a new home blood pressure monitor Omron HM780, which supposedly doing. Now when I go into the store my readings between 130/85 to 148/95 and if I have to get home to my readings between 115/70 and 132/85 trust WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You need to make sure you always use the same arm to get consistent data. I have an 8 point difference between my left and right arms.
If you are at the store are you doing a lot of walking before getting your reading? You should sit for a few minutes first, and then get a reading.
You can usually go to your local firehouse and get a free reading from them if they aren’t out on a call.
