Can I get my contact lens prescription for glasses?
I have a current prescription for contact lenses (-3. 00, both eyes, no astigmatism, etc.) and I would like to receive a pair of glasses as backup. I am always an on-line thinking, but I’m not like that because I’ve read that I get another eye exam for glasses specifically require. Will I damage my eyes by the assumption that it -3. 00 also for glasses?
Contact lens prescriptions are always less compared to glasses (the only exception is if you have astigmatism)
No you won’t be harming your eyes but you won’t get the best vision quality that you could of gotten with the right prescription.
Maybe you should order glasses with -3.25 assuming glasses need higher prescriptions than contacts.
