How can I improve my acne scars less visible?

I had acne most of my life and had the scars that only using Bare Essentials concealed, but still wanted them gone. Wanting a healthier lifestyle, I starting paying attention to the raw vegan food diet. Every raw foodie I met had gorgeous skin, so I decided to exclusively eat all kinds of raw fruits and vegetables (beets, cabbage, carrots, fennel, all greens, etc..) for 3 weeks. I also swam once a week, and ran/cycled twice a week.
