Can wearing glasses make your eyesight bad?

I have noticed that I have worn them for about a year with my company and every time I take me a headache and now their doing more and more difficult to see things far away.

Safety glasses can’t make your eyesight bad.

Eyes can change at anytime, likely you now need glasses with prescription. See your eye doctor

i notice my vision improves when i’m walking out-side and getting plenty of oxigen. so maybe, your safety glasses are blocking air-flow to the eyes?
but more than that, i think emotional stress is harder on your vision than anything else.
