This is the first of what will probably end up to be quite a large number of videos about my upcoming scoliosis surgery.
I had scoliosis surgery in 1989, I have run 10 marathons with a personal best of 2:57:54 (age 38) at last years Vancouver marathon. In fact I just got a personal best for the half marathon (1:22:44) this weekend in New Orleans. I run 70 miles/week w/ no problems. I had a right thoracic curve. Best of luck!!!
