should i start checking for ovulation right after my periods?
My Periods are not regular, So Every month i get very confused as to when should i start checking ovulation. I use first response ovulation kit. Can one ovulate before 14 days?

Yes Yes Yes! That’s exactly when one should start monitoring their cycles is when their period has ended. This way, you can differentiate your cervical mucus from the time your period has ended up until ovulation and even after!
I ovulate usually a week after my periods end so that’s how I work…not everybody has a 28 day cycle (with the 14th day being ovulation)…
