Is Echinacea cream that is intended for humans okay to use on horses?
I have a tube of bioforce echinacea cream that I bought for my use only, but is it okay if I use it on my horse?

Thanks for the great answers!! They really help.
I think it would be fine to use on your horse, however, you may consult a vet. Horses’ skin is slightly different than ours, and he may require a stronger dosage than what we use. My sis is a vet, so by her recommendations, we use all kinds of things on our dogs, cats, and horses. Neosporine for cuts, lanacaine and anti-inflammatories for rashes and bumps, etc. We also use doggy heartburn medication for our heartburn and upset stomach. It works better for us because it is a lot stronger than your normal pepcid, etc. The meds usually contain the same ingredients, sometimes more of one thing than another. But, just to be on the safe side, you may want to look it up or call first.
