@Riley9308 OMG Thank you for saying that she’s says “You will die” every five seconds and the stress she’s talkin about is stress from essential changes in your life, or mourning or elements like that. You may possibly die an earlier death from regular stress but its definitely not as big a deal as these tormenting things and all you need is a little yoga to help.

I have agoraphobia anxiety disorder panic attack for last 5 years, actually I have fear of unknown. Every time I feel something will happen wrong to me specially to my business. I used lot of antidepressant but result is big zero nothing improve.
I try to avoid those thought but I cant. My condition more worst when I wake up in morning and during all day.
Can you suggest me any thing better -

The disturbing thing is, there are many family members who ABUSE their “loved ones” they STRESS them out for years, they bring them to the breaking point of INSANITY, then they tell them… “YOU NEED HELP”… they totally ignore the DAMAGE they cause that person and do not want to take any responsibility for it even though they were warned by the person that they are being ABUSED!
