Really? That’s funny! It’s the opposite for me. I got used to working out every day really fast, and stuck with it for years now. It’s the eating well part that I struggle with. No matter how much I try, I keep falling off the wagon. Guess everyone is different. Good luck, everybody.

Basically losing weight isn’t all about doing excercise. It’s 50% also dependant on your mentality and will to lose weight. If you still eat alot like you already used to and excercise more the result will be there barely to nothing! Also very helpful to lose weight is to adjust your eating habits. This means: no in-between snacks, not too much and fast eating and last eat HEALTHIER, mostly people who have overweight eat not healthy enough and just sit or have lack to excercise.

@fwiet165 Really, people who say losing weight isn’t sooooo hard as they make it seem to be, if you follow the above advice you’ll lose also weight and everyone should know that because those are common facts. So if you want to lose weight the conclusion is always: change your mentality!

Whey protein is just a protein derived from milk. It won’t make you gain weight unless you eat a lot of calories. That is the only way to gain weight.
You could probably substitute soy protein, same thing.

It’s basically on target, except for the Whey product. Protein is for building muscle, not losing weight per se. If you want to lose weight, it would make more sense to switch to whole grains, instead of processed grains.

sounds realistic im going to try it.not first person who says something like this but i tried already and is very tough to not break the routine i felt like i was starving or falling asleep standing but i guess if i managed at the beginning id get use to it.difficulty is at work.i got 15 kg i gained after quiting smoking to loose and im gonna be ur ginnie pig
