i was wondering if someone could help me out,
i am looking for a 2 week weight loss diet plan, i want this diet plan to contain the food which i should eat from day 1 till day 14. it doesn’t have to be necessary that it has to be a 2 week diet plan, it could even be 1 week.
from an exercise point of view, i have everything planned out, i currently loose/burn 360 calories (through exercise) a day and consume around 1900. i do not feel that my diet is correct as I’m not getting good results.
I’m hoping to see a diet which guide me to consume around 800 calories to 1,300 calories a day.
