What’s Wrong With My Skin?
I have always had a clear complexion, besides having tons of freckles on my face, and small pores. When I am over exposed to sun light or try to lay in a tanning bed my skin reacts oddly. I always get a lot of small sun spots and on my arms and legs, and have had bad heat rashes anytime I frequent the tanning bed. My Dad has psoriasis but I don’t think that is what I have.

because you have pale skin, so your skin is sensitive to the sun, don’t tan anymore

with your type of skin i would suggest using spf 30 sunscreen, you can still tan and it wont irritate your skin.i have that skin too. because its light the sun is too harsh on it.
