First cut back on little unhealthy food items like soda, chips, and stop eating fast foods restaurants. Drink plenty of water…like 6-8 glasses it’s easy and really affective. Also try to exercise at least 15-20 minutes each day. Go walking with a friend or go shopping( it really is an exercise lol) and remeber just watch what u eat. Good luck:)

Eat a high fruit and veg, low fat diet. Drink plenty of water and go for a walk, jog or swim every other day. Get plenty of sleep and keep yourself motivated by buying health and fitness magazines to read every month.
Set yourself a target – say a stone – when you’ve achieved it, don’t celebrate with cake or chocolate, celebrate by going somewhere or doing something new. Try to stop associating food with happiness.

Best way is combining diet and exercise. By this way you burn more calories than you intake.
You should drink lots of water and stay away from fat-sugar-sweet-fastfoods.
Eat 5 small meals including snacks. Snacking with nuts,fruit or yogurt because this make you feel not hungry so you dont eat much in meals. I am not saying you to eat lot with 5 meals, I say eat often but less. In fact the main point on weight loss is not how much we eat in a day, the main point is how healthy meals we eat and how much calorie we consume
You should drink green tea(this is really important because green tea speeds metabolism and so you burn more calories- 2-3 cups of green tea in a day is really necessary)
Here is a sample diet plan that works perfectly:
Breakfast: a piece of cheese,slices of tomatoes, 4 5 olives,2 egg whites and green tea or milk
Snack with nuts
Lunch: Salad
Snack with fruits or yogurt
Dinner: Grilled chicken and boiled vegetables or salad
By exercising you make all your body work and so burn calories. There are many good exercise programs that you can do easily at home. I dont like go gym so I use the most recommended one at home and very happy with it.

Drink only 12-15 glasses of water a day. Do not drink any juice, chocolate, soft drinks and coffee. Do not eat sweets, fatty, salty and spicy food. Eat only frutis and vegatables. Do this for 3 months and you will see the result. Be sure to exercise so as not to loosen your muscles.
I did these for 3 months and I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos. I am on my 5th year now and maintaining my weight from 58kilos -60kilos only.
