I wont know the difference, because I never needed anything to lose weight being a thin guy. But a friend’s wife tells me that she found both to be useless and full of side effects.

Hoodia is an herb which is totally unregulated. It seems that if you use the PROPER part of the PROPER type of hoodia you will indeed lose weight HOWEVER the demand for it has overstripped the supply and most of what’s available is the wrong plant or the wrong part of the plant–IE, useless garbage. Even if it is “100% Hoodia”, if it’s the wrong type or part, it might as well be oregano or sawdust. In fact, in just might be sawdust–do some research on Hoodia and you’ll see.
Phentermine is a prescription, regulated drug which definitely works. It does have side effects including addiction, hot flashes, thirst, insomnia, headaches and more.

If you cut back on junk food and cut down on high fat foods. Eat plenty of vegetables and lean protein and get exercise. Just get moving. Walk, Dance, do some gardening.
