Well u need to restore the lost function and prevent the decay process….Decay is a cyclic process and continues till it destruct the complete tooth and hence restorative procedures are always essential for maintaining a balanced occlusion and proper oral hygiene…:)U have various restorative materials ranging from Glass Ionomer,silver amalgam,Composite resin and cast restoration(Inlay,Onlay,Ceramic, Gold).depending on the state of destruction ur dentist can provide u the restoration

oral health is so important and part of it are our teeth. we must give care for them. we should have to restore our decayed teeth for some reasons.. first for our mastication we need all of them for tearing and grinding of our food.second for our health, not only the surrounding tissues but also for our whole body. remember preventive is better than curative.. better to have dental check up at least twice a year.
