Laser is more precise, but has to go through the skin … so you’ll probably need multiple treatments. It also costs a lot more.

Injection is injected right into the spot, so it’s usually more convenient and cheaper. However, an injection will effect the ENTIRE zone the medication touches. So you might have some minor tissue irregularities (such as a dimple effect).

If you have the money, go with laser.
