Question : what is the best way to calbrate a floor scale in a cGMP environment?
The scales are in a cGMP facility and we’re not sure that the current calibration procedure is good enough. Currently a 3rd party is calibrating annually and they are just using four different weights on a range from 0 – 2000 kg. If they fall within tolerance, the calibration is done. If not, a corner load test is done and adjustments made. Is this enough? A lot more is done with the analytical balances.

Regulation 211.68 requires that “If such equipment is so used, it shall be routinely calibrated, inspected, or checked according to a written program designed to assure proper performance. Written records of those calibration checks and inspections shall be maintained.”
So in your particular case, there is nothing unique about calibrating your floor scale to be used in the cGMP environment except that you need to have a documented schedule, procedure, and records. What an auditor may ask is, why do you perform this more rigorous calibration for your analytical balances than your floor scale?
Only you can answer this question, but things to consider are:
what is the range of masses that the floor scale is used to measure? Do you cover this range in your calibration procedure?
Do you include calibration points outside the allowed range to ensure you are accurate at your limits?
While the scale is rated to 2000kg, do you allow it to be used at that limit (since operating near the equipments limit may result in a reduction in accuracy)?
Does your weighing process require the load to be centered on the balance? If not, do you calibrate the scale accuracy for offset loads?

Google anorexia support groups and then email some to ask for ideas and advice for your group. Maybe you can arrange a email link with other groups. Also ask your family doctor, they may have some ideas or be able to put you onto a web site also.
Look in your local phone book under mental health support groups.

Each insurance company will have their own drug formulary and the formulary can vary greatly. The formulary is the list of drugs and tells what is covered, at what tier level, and any special requirements. The special requirements could be prior authorization, step therapy, or quantity limits. It’s not that Silverscript is a bad plan; it is just a bad plan for you. I have several clients with them because they are the only plan that covers what those clients take.
There is no way anyone here will be able to help you. You need to check the formulary of each insurance company against your list of medications to find out which one covers you the best. If you talk with a local agent that works with all of the major plans in your area they will be able to do this for you if they’re any good. There is no extra charge using an agent.
While you are checking the formularies you’ll also want to check the Medicare Advantage plans available in your county. These plans are Medicare Part C, and are the plans that will cover doctor and hospital visits. The Advantage plans you’ll qualify for will also include drug coverage. These plans have a low or even a $ 0 premium in many counties.
Be aware that we are currently in the Medicare “lock-in” period. In most cases you will not be able to change your plan until the annual enrollment period, which runs from November 15 to December 31 and the new plan will be effective January 1.

okay i woke up and for breakfast i had
cup of kashi golean-140 cal
apple-80cal
lunch:
sandwich which had
2 pieces of turkey-60
roma tomato-10
2 peices of orowheat double fiber bread-140
okay so on tues weds and thurs i go to my eating disorder treatment place for group therapy and stuff
they make us eat dinner there
and on tues we have dessert
for dinner we had
salad w/ italian dressing-70
grilled chicken and chees ravioli(8) with marinara
how many calories is the raviolis?????????? i knoww i shouldnt worry but i must know!!!!!!!!
and dessert was
an apple blossom-350
okay an when i got home i had to exercise because of the dinner and dessert(i know im crazy and im getting help)
i swam laps from 8:11-9:16 pm

Running, bike riding, swimming, jogging. All of that is good cardio that lets you lose carbs and calories and then you do muscle workouts such as sit ups and lifting weights that make you lose LOTS of weight if you do it alot. And you can go on youtube and type in workouts.
But do the cardio first!
It helps trust me.
