Metformin: The Wonder Drug in Obesity Management

I recently was put on Metformin for type II diabetes. Initially the 1st week I suffered from loose stools so changing over to the extended release tablets worked much better. Most importantly I lost 13#s in my 1st month of use without even knowing it! I stepped on and off the Drs scale 3 times, in disbelief. Blood sugars are much improved, Im sold!

I avoid scales like crazy. So I was on the meds for a month and weighed at the Drs at the end of the month. Im on 2000 mg.
