Question : ANOREXIA? would you have to go to a rehab center for the following conditions?
if not what kind of help would one pursue?
would this be considered a mild case of anorexia?: 17 y.o. female. eats only dinner on schooldays. stays away from chocolate candy cakes soda and sweets. starves herself right before a big event when she knows she has to look good [wedding, party. etc.]

It may not be necessary, but I would definetly suggest counselling. There are most definetly some underlying issues of depression, anxiety…this really does not sound like healthy behaviour at all.
Believe me, counselling really does help. Just getting the issue out there in the open is a big step towards healing.

Probably not. Usually one would have to go to rehab because they would be completely unable to stop on their own, needing lots of professional help, having to be forced to eat.
But your habits (assuming you’re talking about yourself) are unhealthy and not effective in the long run for losing weight because starving slows down your metabolism.

there’s nothing wrong with anorexia i lost 50 pounds and i look great. i throw up 3 times a days it like totally fun
