Where can I get the Red Cross or other CPR AED training manual?
Question : Where can I get the Red Cross or other CPR AED training manual?
I’m doing CPR/AED training with an EMT service this weekend and they were short on training manuals that they sent home with others taking the class. Does anyone know of where I might be able to download The American Red Cross CPR/AED training manuals or some other equally good training manual? I have searched far and wide but I cannot find any available for free online, they all want me to pay to take a worthless training course. Any help would be great since I don’t want to be behind the class. First good response gets a cookie ![]()

Your GP’s clinic, your local hospital and your library should have a few copies.
Your local hospital library or public library usually has them. If not, they can get them through Inter-library Loan. If you want your own copy, try eBay or Amazon. Obtaining one online through download is likely illegal if not from the publisher or licensee. Be careful!
