Question : Where can I get diabetic testing supplies for little or no cost?
I can’t get insurance and I can’t find any websites that you don’t have to have Medicare or be a senior. HELP!!! Im running out and my daughter needs supplies!

I’ve got glucose meters coming out of my ears. (The drug stores won’t stop giving them away). Test strips are another problem For people in Ontario w/o access to private insurance the Trillium Drug Benefit Programme subsidizes the cost ton a sliding scale that consider your overall drug costs and income (or lack thereof).
I understand they are pretty mean street in the US for people w/o health insurance. I could never figure out why such a rich country has such an odd set of priorities.

Drug companies provide some doctor’s offices with a few meters to give to patients. If your daughter sees a family practice doctor, she might be able to get one from the clinic. You might also contact a company like Lilly directly, and see if they could help you out. They are one of the companies that provide diabetic testing supplies, and they have a good reputation.

Check in your city to see if the is a Human Resources council or something to like that. (Your doctor should be able to tell you) Or try one of the drug rep. companies like Abbott. Even try that PPA deal that Montel Williams represents on T.V.
