Question : What is the training program like for someone who wants to be a medical technician or doctor in the Military?
I would like to become an Emergency Medical Technician (First Responder), and I was wondering if there is a program and/or need for them in the Military. If yes, what is the training like, and how do I find out more about a career like this?

The training to be a doctor in the Army is the same as becoming a doctor anywhere else. 4 years of college then 4 years of medical school. The Army will usually set you up for residency.
Look at this sight for the medical technician fields:
http://www.us-army-info.com/pages/mos/medical/medical-mos.html
This is an older site since it still lists all medical MOSs as 91 and they were converted to a 68 designator in OCT 06.
In the Army it is called 68W. Combat Medic.
