Question : What are some good and easy diet plans and workouts?
I’m not overweight but certainly would not like to get there so does anyone know of any effective yet easy diet and workout plans?

Healthy weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds a week.
It’s not necessary to starve yourself to lose weight. What you eat is more important than how much you eat. Cut out sugar and soft drinks completely. Eat healthy, well-balanced meals. If you want a snack, have something healthy like a piece of fruit or carrot or celery sticks. If you starve yourself, your metabolism will shut down to store energy, so you won’t lose weight as effectively. Drink lots of water; at least 1 liter/1 quart each day, this will keep your body from retaining water as water weight.
To really lose weight, you’ll need to get cardio-vascular exercise; walking, jogging, running, or swimming. At least an hour a day.
I have not tried this yet but a few of my friends have told me i have to try The Diet Solution. They keep telling me I have to try it. I think Im going to try it later this week.
Other than that I would try to lift weights, sit-ups, jumping jacks, and other basic exercises 3 times a week.
