I am a vegetarian so it is hard for me to find actual diet plans. I was wondering has anyone tried nutisystem and do they have a vegetarian diet and does it work

I believe nutrisystem does have a veggie plan, but diet systems like that do not work in the long run. You need to learn how to create meals for yourself, not have some company pre-make them for you. You need a lifestyle change, not a diet.
Weight Watchers is a good choice. You can join online. Their guidelines are very vegetarian-friendly. In fact, it might even be easier to stay within their guidelines as a vegetarian than as a meat eater.
WW teaches you to make good food choices. You learn which things are “low” choices and which are “high. You pick and choose when to splurge, and learn what to eat when you’re trying to keep it light but satisfying/filling.
