Hi, i just started watching your videos, and i loved this one, i can’t wait to go shopping for my very own cute plates to eat in,lol. I’m having surgery Aug 25,2010 of course, and i’m hoping to make some new friends that i’ll be able to relate with for my new life, yei. I love your attitude, you seem like somebody i could make best friends with,lol. anyway, maybe i’ll make my own channel about my surgery/new life experiences. Do you have a facebook account?

You know. Not to be rude, but if you had used your “rules” of measurments, and knowledge of serving sizes, love of kitchen gadgets…if you’d have followed the simple plan of portion contro, lo fat, lo cal…and EXERCISE.you wouldnt have had gastric bypass. So many women now days, instead of doing the right thing first..they go get their stomach cut up. Ladies its simple. Put the fork down and get off your butt. And please dont get GB for your vanity..listen to u, youre obssessed with bowls.

My surgery date is Oct. 4, 2010. I am so nervous because this is my first surgery and stay in the hospital. I am so scared. You are an inspiration to me. From viewing your stories I feel better and better each day. I am also on the pre op liquid diet. I am able to have one starch, one vegetable and one fruit per day with the protein shakes. I might have cheated a little here and there with chicken bites and extra on the size for portion of the starch. What can I do?
