I think its just a growing up thing – the guy is obviously fairly young and working out – that can cause alot of acne on the body, something to do with high testosterone. Can also be a side effect of testosterone booster shots, supplements or steroids.. Lots of late teens, early 20′s get it but you can get it into your 30′s – thats for sure lol!

@Engeltj wrong. acne is a hormonal condition caused by overly active sebacious glands. pores on your skin are not clogged with dirt, they are clogged with sebum, the skins natural lubrication. it is the overly active sebacious glands excreting too much sebum witch cause blockages of the pores. isotetinoin is the best treatment for acne, as it literally prevents the skin from excreting sebum. it carries potentially severe side effects but it will work. using clearisil and eating apples will not.

You know what worked for me?
I stopped using my old chair to sit on my ass all day in front of a computer, and started using one with an open back rest. Now my skin can breath and doesn’t clog. I haven’t gotten a break out on my back in since.
I knew the problem was a direct result of the chair I was using. I’m not sure other people with this kind of problem spend as much time in front of a computer, but my problem ended with a less comfortable chair, with an open backrest.

i had shit acne for a few years, but the NHS really helped out. Go see your gp, they perscribe you stuff. Ussually it doesn’t work, so they turn it up a notch, it still didn’t work for me so i got given roaccutane or something by skin experts in hospital.
HOLY SHIT!!! Within a few months, it had almost all gone- only i still have a few scars because i had it so bad. there are some bad side effects but ask your GP to see a dermatoligist, they will perscribe this lethal stuff if ur bad nuff -
