Is getting my teeth bleached at 20 a bad idea? also how often will i have to keep bleaching them? thanks

No bleaching them properly using the trays a dentist makes up for you is fine. I wouldnt suggest these lazer whiten sessions. It depend on the level of whiteness you like them and the type of diet you have. some people that only bring them to a natural white colour only have to bleach them once a year for a night or two. some people every 6months for a few nights
