i’m acnee suffer i’m reallly depresed i can continue my relationship! im scared of going out without make up! im crying day and night! i lost my confidence ! i can’t even go to the gym class bcuz of my acne i think life is a helll!! who knw the best treatment! i want somthing fast! plz help me! i feel like im dying!I’M REALLY F***ED UP!!!

M and B has a good idea about the tetracyclene stuff but depends on how you react to antibiotics. If you are wanting some good home stuff this is what has worked in the past for me. Use a cleansing bar called Purpose soap to clean your face morning and night. A good light moisturizer for “NORMAL” skin daily. At night after you cleanse your face use some Castor oil – lightly – all over your skin, massage into face for a few minutes and sleep with it on. Clean your face when you wake. Repeat this for about a week. Also going to the tanning bed several times a week also helps (just a few minutes 5 or so). I use a natural progesterone creme for 20 days on and 10 days off. I start the first week before my period and for 20 days during and after. Go to your natural healthfood store and ask them about it. A large bottle usually runs about $ 30 but will last up to 3 to 4 months. Also, if you are not on the birth control pill that may help as well. But the home version should show great improvement with in 2 and half weeks. Let me know how it goes. I have been acne and breakout free doing this for over 15 yrs. Proactive really really helps a lot. So I suggest looking into it. You can get rush delivery I believe if you order online. But, until then, do NOT touch your face. I cant stress it enough. When I had acne I never realized how much I would touch my face… I used to sleep on my hand at night or rest my head on my hands in class. DONT do it. The oils from your hands make acne horrible. Also, you need to drink a lot of water. It will really help. Try not to drink soda, especially dark ones. But, because you seem so desperate I recommend constant water drinking and nothing else. Not even milk. The water will help clear the toxins from your skin and it will look so much better. ALSO (haha), dont wash your face at night with soap or anything. Take a shower and let your face steam up and rinse it off. PAT it dry, dont rub on it, it will just irritate it. Before you go to bed rinse your face with some warm water to open your pores up to clear out the oil/dirt and then rinse it with really really really cold water to close your pores so it’s harder for dirt to get in.
If you stick with it you’ll see clearer skin. Just remember, NO picking/touching.
