About the Speaker:
Ted Hart, ACFRE is a world renowned expert in both traditional and online fundraising. He is regarded as an inspiring speaker and practices and strategy consultant to nonprofit board development and volunteer wanted.
Ted serves as CEO of Hart Philanthropic Services, an international consulting firm for nonprofit / non governmental organization providing solutions to serious challenges nonprofits both online and offline. He inspired the creation of People to People Fundraising, and founded the International E-Philanthropy Foundation. Hart is also a member of the National Advisory Council Giving USA Center for Philanthropy and is home to the nonprofit Internet radio program coach.
Hart served as CEO of the University of Maryland Medical System Foundation and as director of development for the Johns Hopkins Medical Center â? Bayview Campus. He was one of the youngest professionals to an Advanced Certified Fund Raising Executive (ACFRE) from the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) has become. He served on the International Board of Directors and AFP AFP that the treasurer of the board of trustees. He is a former president of the AFP and Maryland.
