about a month ago and it helped. The heartburn actually went away. Until now. Do I need to see a G.I. doctor or should i just get another OTC treatment?

I took my dogs out to the creek on Saturday, and I and they were playing around and I went in with them and I stepped on some stones and they kind of collapesed on me. My ankle was stuck between these stones. And it really hurt. But my Dogs were having fun. I didn’t want to alarm them, so I just told them it was time to go. Which they didn’t get because they just go there. I don’t think they understand and I feel bad. I broke my ankle. And I feel so bad. I feel like I messed up their time at the creek and fun time. I feel so bad.
