i really have to stop eating sugar. i mean as it is i eat in moderation but it seems as though i can’t eat it at all. my husband eats far more sugar than i do and he has flawless skin . oh well. and i only use coconut oil to cook with.

@airevolt1 Well smoking can weaken the immune system and it finds it harder to fight off toxins. Theres quite a few studies on this topic actually; ill try and find some.

@dvnstvn9 Have you ever gone several months without it? You may think less of soda once you have a break from it. At least that is what happened in my own experience. And boy am I glad to not want for something that’s bad for me!

@kyooreeuhs Not really. My mom keeps buying them, and its nothing much more but tap water to drink. If it was in my power, I would make sure that the only drinks in the house were 100% fruit juices and purified water.

i have perfect skin and i eat sugar and smoke, so it’s genetics, intake of food, and what you do on the outside. I’m 31 btw and i agree with you, but it’s those three factors, and the sun is included in that with what you do on the outside, that’s what i meant to include with that

I guess it’s true when they say everyones body is different. Because I know MANY of people that have a bullshit diet and their skin is waaaaay better than mine! So I wouldn’t say diet alone causes bad skin. I think its genetics and hormones as well. It’s not fair

You might be interested in supplementing this video with the Oil Cleansing Method and how the body’s largest organ…the skin…do better when natural oils are applied to them opposed to all the other moisturizers with tons of chemicals. I agree with the internal but all the stuff on the outside counts too.

Acne can be cured by this…it goes against conventional knowledge…but oil breaks down oil and it unclogs pours. If you put all those drying acne products on, your body overreacts by creating what was depleted. Would be interesting to hear your take on this and what our skin absorbs. I have putting this in practice for over 20 years and don’t have the medical “credentials”, just great skin.
