I used to have migraines at least once a week, but I haven’t had it once since I started eating high raw.
The only headaches I’ve had has been either from detox or from cacao (even raw).

I was about 7 or 8 I noticed I was geting headaches/ when I had a certain type or cordial – thats when I got into checking whats in foods.
most everyone thought I was nuts .. but I discovered phenelenaline was the cause for me.
funny you mention dehydration too
most folks who use paracetomol/anadin for headaches drink a large glass of water with the pill… I asked a family member how that was going OK they’d say but it always comes back
try sipping water thru the day. it worked for them .

hey what about sweet crunches? Cause I´ve started this week the raw diet… for a long time i`d been eating a lot of sugar… but now since i`m not doing it anymore i`m suffering from this sweet crunches.. i really really really want to something sweet and i don´t know how to replace it… i`m eating fruits but i guess it`s not enough… any advice? thank u!!

Usually you get headaches from dehydration or detox or sensitivity to toxins in the environment. Hydrate the body and release the toxins. Drinking lots of water and enemas are very helpful.

is it possible to start the ten day juice fast at a different time than you do and still have access to the recepies and videos?? I have a holiday period and would like to do it then. Another question when I add green juices to my raw food diet do I have to eat less solid food ??

i get migraines,
and my doctor said that it was either stress related or has to do with my diet.

So I did some research and every edible thing on the planet was on the list… even fresh fruit that i love =[

is there a natural way to getting rid of them?
i really don’t like taking medication for it
