Question : Liquid Glucosamine: What is the Best all-natural brand for mum?
I am based in Australia and my mum is in Phils. She wanted me to send her liquid glucosamine product for her osteo-arthritis. What is the best brand? There is one in the supermarket but probably synthetic and I do not trust so much. Natural will be better………Pls help! Im due to send this week.

I don’t have osteoarthritis but do have some knee pain. I took glucosamine/chondroitin. It did nothing whatsoever except make the manufacturer richer. I’m pretty much convinced that the product is ineffective.
