Question : Legla Transcription Job Info Help!?
Graduated in 1985, took a course in office transcription, recently seen job posted for department steno, haven’t done this in quite some time, but basically still remember it. Qualifications were: High School degree,type 50wpm on standard equipment,knowledge of transcript equipment, transcribe dictation from magistrate. Do u think I will have to go back to school to refresh my skills?

Depends if the employer is using the new digital equipment and how different it is from the equipment you learned on.
