Customer loyalty programs
Barry Kirk, Vice President of Customer Loyalty solutions for Maritz present on gamification. Kirk discussed the idea of adopting a view of play focus on loyalty programs that can bring a whole new perspective on the most effective means to attract customers. Pierre Politti, vice president of employee recognition is on how to focus on these principles for more effective engagement of staff and will be applied.
Employee engagement
Jerry Klein, Senior Strategist solution design, Maritz Loyalty & Motivation and Jennifer kallery, vice president of marketing for Maritz, will explain how to use the personal enrichment as a strategy of engagement. The conference is aimed at employee engagement in a grassroots effort to transform the potential of people in maximizing an organization.
Michelle Pokorny leading solution for sales incentives to Maritz, and Paula Godar, director of brand strategy for Maritz will team up to lead a session exploring the science of powerful rewards and recognition. This engaging workshop will alternate between short lectures on the latest discoveries in the humanities, what drives people, and interactive discussions with peers as this knowledge in an organization and its programs are implemented.
Meetings, Events & Incentive Travel
Maritza? strategic event consultant, Lynn Randall, discuss the opportunities to engage in virtual event solutions to inspire. The roundtable will examine best practices of neuroscience and other research institutions, data on how best to integrate engagement strategies to meet your business goals to support virtual meetings.
Jim Ruszala, director of marketing for Maritz Travel Company, hosted a group of officers and board members of the Council of Incentive Travel along as they discuss the future of incentive programs. Ruszala then present in addition to Christian Savelli, Director of Business Intelligence for Maritz Travel Company, how to apply predictive modeling better meeting, event and performance awards.
