Wow….I did not expect that, Interesting apt, defn. more intense than expected. I’ve got lots of decisions to make but right now Im just too exhausted to think logically.

wow, what an overwhelming day that must have been! I have to say though, for a group of Dr.’s to collectively be concerned about the situation probably means that you may have some denial when it comes to the full spectrum of your disorder. I know I always tried to convince myself that things I was doing was just being “healthy” or “its not all the time” stuff like that but we do make excuses even to ourselves which allows the disorder to take over more. Give the ED specialist a try…

I have had a super positive outcome from my ED specialist and because they understand more about how u think they know not to expect too much too fast because recovery takes so much time and patience. It sounds like you have been doing a great job in ur recovery on ur own so far but with ur new chronic illness to worry about it might be nice to have a little extra support on the ED side instead of taking it all on by yourself. Hope ur doing ok, take care
