Question : Is it bad to smoke weed after LASEK surgery ?
I had LASEK surgery on my eyes one year ago , is it harmful for my eyes to smoke weed ?

Weed does have a small impact on the eyes because it increases the flow of blood through out all of the body.

This is generally a good thing.
This might possibly be bad right after the surgery but by a year later your eyes should be fully healed and ready for the tokin.

I think yes, if you get the smoke directly in your eyes it might cause irritation.

Other than that, I have never read or heard about marijuana effecting the eyes. Maybe might make you hallucinate and see things though

No if it’s after that long it should be fine.
My dad had lasek on his eyes and for like a week or two he could barely see and he had to take a ton of medication and eyedrops. But no, I’d say it would only be harmful within three or four months of surgery.

Im pretty sure there are no clinical studies to suggest whether or not pot will affect your eyes…so your guess is probably just as good as anyones
