Eat normally…whatever that is… easier said than done I know, but really our minds are the ones that make these things seem harder than they are….you know what, point that out to them, that it’s lack of inner peace, and if your up for it suggest yoga or other kinds of meditation classes, that’s what your really lacking , and you’ll getting faster through there than some camp where being around alot of girls with the same problem would just make it worse.

have t start eating.. and gaining some weight so they wont think theres a problem.. but chances are your mom already knew for awhile about your disorder.. in other words because your 14 she can send you wherever she chooses..
but once there if your on good behavior and gain weight needed youll be able to come home sooner
good luck to you.. EDs are not easy

Not to be rude, but start exercising. If you can show them that you are willing to od something about it yourself they will get off of your back. Start small. Believe me, small can be a killer too. Give the first small amount a week and a half and you will notice it isn’t hard and is actually down right easy.
Increase from a little small to a medium small. Ad ten or twenty steps or 5 to 10 more reps. Nothing substantial.
Most important only step on the scale once per week, that is all, no more than that.
Remember this is only a start you need to tell mom that she needs to support and encourage you, not brow beat and nag.
good luck

You don’t have any rights at the age of 14.
An eating disorder facility is usually only for those that have a severe problem.
Take it one day at a time, learn a new lifestyle that may end up saving your life. Eating disorders are a very emotional, mind boggling experience. Let them help you.
I wish you the best of luck with it. -

Yes.
If you’re not eating, start to eat
If you eat then immediately throw up, continue to eat and keep your food down
If you are over-eating, ask them for advise how to control what you eat
Those with eating disorders usually have problems with their mothers. Have a look into your relationship with your mother and deal with that when you can - Comment Feed for this Post
