If you were on a business committee being presented with a new idea for the empty office space in your Plaza (a plaza that already consists of an IT office which designs games and programs, a dental office, and a food luncheon area), what kinds of questions would you have?

My idea is to bring in an off campus study area for local colleges that not only offers them an area to study, but also a place to get on the job training and internships.
