There is a such process in restorative dentistry….. No one uses this process anymore… But it has been done there is a such process… I have to write a paper on this subject so…

Copper plating makes a more durable die and “keeps the lab honest.” I gave up copper plating about 5 or 6 years ago when it became difficult to locate a supplier for the metalizing solution or powder. Not having a bath of copper sulfate in the office is one less OSHA concern, anyway. It also adds at least a day to your lab procedure while you wait for the plating.
I’m sorry about the people who have not a clue what you are talking about, but insist on making fun of you all the same.

From the composition of your question, it looks like you are asking about copper to be placed in the denture, to go into a persons mouth.
Thanks to the doctors answer, we now have learned you mean copper used as a mold to make the denture, not the denture itself.
I don’t know the answer to your question, but had the doctor not answered, I would also have thought you meant copper teeth.
These people were probably not trying to be sarcastic.
Please rephrase the question.
