to controlling the best diet is eat a whole wheat bread with low fat cream cheese for breakfast.a turkey breast sandwich with lettuce and lowfat mayo.for dinner a salad with lettuce,carrots,etc and a chicken breast with ranch dressing.and 2 snack pear day like lots of almonds or a granola bar.and do simple exercises like the five exercises for abs with tammy in youtube.trust me this diet and exercise work<3:-)

my favorite healthy meal is broccili with skinless boneless chicken. and citrus lipton tea. ii love salads too. question though…. i have the big container of quaker oats original. i put 1/4 cup oats into a bowl with 1 cup non fat milk then put cinnamon on it after i cook it. is tht ok? i eat a banana with it.
