I am looking for a good plastic surgeon for my nose, and of course i am concerning about the price. I have no idea about how much the nose job cost in Chicago. If anyone knows, please let me know. I am also interested in Dermal filler. How does that cost, too?

The last thing you want is to need a revision. The national average for revisions is 10-12%. A good surgeon will have around a 2% revision rate.
